SILMAR HOLIDAY RENTALS is a long established company in the Algarve - Portugal, offering accommodation consisting of apartments, private villas and hotels. By direct bookings you can save up to hundreds of pounds as you pay your accommodation per unit and not per person.

1 - Customer service is also one of our priorities: if there is something on your mind - no matter how trivial it seems, please do not hesitate to contact us and let us know as soon as possible and we will do our up most to put it right!

2 - In your accommodation price is included: maid service as described, use of electricity, gas (if available) and water, bed linen and towels are provided but not beach or pool towels.

3 - Only for villas with private pool, if you book at least 7 nights, we have included a free welcome grocery pack of essential groceries, they will include basic items such as: tea, coffee, water, etc.

4 - Villas and apartments are booked from 16.00 p.m. on your arrival day through until 10.00 am on your departure day.

. This is necessary to allow villas or apartments to be cleaned and prepared in time for the next arrival. To make it easier in finding our reception, we will provide you with the journey instructions starting from the Faro’s airport.

5 - Last minute deals: We have sometimes, depending on the season, special offers for last minute bookings depending on the season. Find out on “Special Offers” on the homepage of our website.
