Villa Marquez is located at most prestigious área of Vilamoura, just 20 minutes from Faro Airport, 4 minutes by car to the beach and Marina. Two of the 5 golf courses in Vilamoura are within 10 minutes walking and 200 meters down the road you can find Brown’s leisure and Sport Club where you can enjoy many kinds of sports, there is also a restaurant/bar. A minimarket, Michelin star restaurant and SPA are also just a short walk from the villa. For your convenience and comfort, Villa Marquez has a 9 seater van totally free of charge if you stay one week or more.
Villa Marquez is a configurable villa, as it can be adapted according to the number of guests ( always with exclusive usage). There are 3 distinct areas, this doesn’t mean that they are separated, it’s all in the same building. In the first part of the villa called Villa Marquez 1 there are 5 bedrooms (3 doubles and 2 twins, all en-suite).
The second part of the villa called Villa Marquez 2 works as an extension of Vilamarques 1. In it there are 2 additional double bedrooms, both en-suite. Villa Marquez 2 also has it’s own fully fitted kitchen and living room and all of it’s facilities face the garden. Between Villa Marquez 1 and Villa Marquez 2 you will find the garden bedroom with 4 single beds, next to it is the games room which is equipped with snooker, electronic darts, football table and a bar.
New since 2007 is Villa Marquez 3, the new entertainment room. You will find an amazing multimedia room/ nightclub/ cinema. In also converts to an independent quad bedroom (en-suite) with 4 Z beds. This facility is located at a lower level of the villa’s pool terrace away from the other bedrooms so no noise can be heard. It features: 90 square meter room with a giant screen perfect to watch football matches, movies, play playstation games or use the multimedia PC with broadband internet connection or to dance all night long as it is equipped with a disco sound and light systems (including ray laser). So in total, using the whole villa, there are 9 bedroom, 5 doubles, 2 twins and 2 quads. All bedrooms have a safebox.
2 sofa beds and 2 travel cots are also available which can be placed in some the bedrooms.
Villa Marquez is an “L” shaped villa and it sits on an elevated plot of 3.000 square meters overlooking the 2nd fairway of Vilamoura’s Old Course. The villa offers total privacy as all the bedrooms and social areas overlook the 15 x 7 meters swimming pool (heated on request) mature garden area and the golf course.
Outside around the pool you will find a king size table for 18 people and another for 6 people, lots of sunbeds, 2 swings, a king size ZEN bed ideal for an afternoon nap. 2 BBQ’s are also available on one of the terraces and on the garden’s main lawn there is a children playground with slides and swing.
POSSIBLE ACCOMMODATION CONFIGURATIONS ARE:
1- Using only Villa Marquez 1 (first part of the villa) Sleeps up to 14 people using 5 bedrooms
2- Using the 1 + the garden bedroom. Sleeps up to 18 people using 6 bedrooms.
3- Using Villa Marquez 1 + Villa Marquez 2.. Sleeps up to 17 people in 7 bedrooms
4- Using Villa Marquez 1 + Villa Marquez 2 + the garden bedroom. Sleeps up to 21 people using 8 bedrooms
5- Using Villa Marquez 1 + Villa Marquez 2 + the garden bedroom + Villa Marquez 3. Sleeps up to 25 people using 9 bedrooms
On all the above configurations, 2 extra sofa beds and 2 cots were added.
N.B. A refundable deposit of € 1000 euros is payable on arrival
