| The panorama views rooms (view to the sea, the marina, the lake and the gardens) are located on the upper floors. All single rooms are doubles for single use. Max, occupancy per double room: 2 adults and 1 child until 12 years in extra bed or 1 infant in cot. Max. occupancy per suite: 2 adults and 2 children until 12 years in extra beds. Rooms with connecting doors are available on request. One cot for an infant until 2 years is free of charge when sharing a double room with 2 adults. Check in time: 2.00 p.m. Check out time: 12 a.m. |

As soon as your booking is confirmed by us, we will send you a “Confirmation and Account” and a list of simple instructions for your journey in case you come from Faro Airport by car to the resort. A deposit of 40% of the rental price must be paid within 10 days of the booking’s date. (You can pay your deposit by sending us a bank swift to our IBAN International Bank Account Number, mentioned in your “Confirmation and Account” cheques in sterling are acceptable but only if you book at least 4 weeks prior to the check-in day. You must pay the balance 3 weeks before arrival. If booking takes place within 3 weeks of your check-in day then we require full payment at the time of booking.. After the full costs are paid we will send to you a voucher which you must deliver by arrival at the Lake Resort's reception. |
