This two storey villa is set on a large garden and lawns for sunbathing and relaxing, also very ideal for children. The large partly shaded sun terrace with barbecue area, surrounds the well shaped pool. At the ground-floor level there is a spacious lounge with apart dinning-area, large hall, one bedroom with twin beds, where patio doors provide access to the garden and pool, there is also a double bedroom, bathroom with bath and equipped kitchen. The 1st floor features at the top of the staircases a large hall, one bedroom with twin beds and sliding doors lead to a nice terrace.
